I Have A New True Type Font Available!

The other day I did a picture of something and really liked the font I used ... You know, I never plan what things will look like so I was pleasantly surprised when I did something that could be turned into a True Type Font.  So, here you have it...

MFH - Dashes and Dots Doodle TTF

The letters aren't perfect...on purpose.  I did it by hand and I wanted it to look like you did as well.  It really does look like you spent a lot of time drawing each letter but all you had to do was type!

It is even more fun if you have software that lets you move individual letters around so they "fit" inside of each other...I love that look!  I tried to do as much of that as I could with this font but I had to tone it WAAAAY back because of software limitations.  This is more like what I wanted the "j", "g" and "y" to look like but.... OH WELL.....they don't.

Example text:

There are actually two versions of the lowercase "r"...one that covers the letter next to it and one that doesn't... I have both because I like to nest letters within letters but overlapping can be a problem when the next letter is something like a "t", "h", "l"...so I used the "~" key to give both options.

And below are a couple of things I pulled together really quickly to show the font in use.  I had the pictures already, just quickly typed the text...DONE!

This one is darker/bolder because I typed it in Coreldraw and could turn the outline on.

I hope you like it as much as I do... I actually think I like the all Uppercase look best.  As a matter of fact, I almost didn't do the lowercase so that is just an added bonus. :-)  That, and the numbers and punctuation. :-)

If you have made it this far down I think you need a little gift... click HERE to download this doodle to color and add your own doodles to.

I would LOVE to see what you do with it!  There's lots of room for making it your own.
