I decided to give it a go myself today:

I decided that I didn't want to be bothered with the background so I printed the freebie onto parchment paper for this one. I used Distress Re-Inkers for the color.
And then I did this one using various markers.
Please notice that in both pictures I was able to use my new font as a base that I could add to for a little bit of a different look.... One of my biggest challenges when doing text is lining multiple rows up so that they are pleasing to look at. The sweet part about using a TTF is that you can type your text, it will be all lined up, and if there is more than one line you can line them up as well. .... Just sayin' :-) .... YOU NEED MY FONT!!! :-)
I really intended to do an example of adding more doodles to fill the space, I just didn't get to it...sorry! Maybe one of you guys will do something like that...and I really hope you share!
