Keep At It Until You Are Satisfied

On June 15th I drew this picture in my Bible:

UGH!! I was so unhappy with it but I didn't know how to make it better.  One of the problems was that I had to put it on the opposite page from the scripture (the margin next to it was full already) and I didn't know how to relate it... I just drew it and left it until today.  Tonight I fixed it ... It isn't perfect but nothing I do is...so, good enough for peace of mind.

I LOVE the scripture that it represents.... Matthew 23: 27... "O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the city that kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to it! How often would I have gathered your children together as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, and you were not willing!  It really is sad, but such an awesome visual how how the Lord wants to protect us but it is totally up to us to accept that protection!"

When I first read that I didn't really get it because I don't know anything about the behavior of Momma chickens.... So I searched YouTube for an example and found several... This one is PERFECT: (worth the watch if you are interested)
